Using MarketIQX services

These terms apply to the MarketIQX website and services made available without a separate signed agreement. A proposal, statement of work, or other written agreement governs paid client work and controls if it conflicts with these terms.

AI-assisted outputs and human review

MarketIQX services may use AI to classify information, prepare recommendations, or draft content. AI-assisted outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by an authorized person before they are relied on or used externally. In the current Anika workflow, client-facing email requires human review and approval before sending.

Authorized integrations

You may connect only accounts, systems, and data that you own or are authorized to use. Third-party services, including Google services, remain subject to their own terms, privacy policies, permissions, and availability. You can revoke a connected service's access through that provider.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for lawful use of the services, the accuracy and authority of information you provide, protecting your credentials, reviewing outputs, and preventing unauthorized access. You must not misuse the services, interfere with their operation, or use them to access or process data without permission.

Confidentiality

Each party should protect non-public information received from the other and use it only for the agreed purpose. Any confidentiality obligations in a signed client agreement control. Do not submit highly sensitive or confidential information through the public website unless MarketIQX has requested it and appropriate handling terms are in place.

Intellectual property

The MarketIQX website and general materials remain the property of MarketIQX or its licensors. You retain your rights in data and materials you provide. Ownership and licence terms for paid deliverables are governed by the applicable written client agreement.

Availability and third-party services

MarketIQX may update, suspend, or discontinue a service for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. MarketIQX does not control third-party services and cannot guarantee that they will remain continuously available or unchanged.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the public website and AI-assisted outputs are provided without warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement. MarketIQX is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the public website or an unreviewed AI-assisted output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any signed client agreement governs warranties and liability for paid services.
